It’s amazing what you’ll find face to face.

I started class again this week. I’ve switched it up yet again and am now going to OCC. They have a new program for convergence technologies (think FIOS) which is designed to be quick, comprehensive, and job market ready. Anyway, it’s something that I’m already somewhat familiar with, so it’ll go hand in hand with my interests.

These past few weeks I’ve done a lot more thinking about my constant quest to ‘better myself’. And one of the things that I’ve noticed was that in the past 4 years of living down in SoCal, I have lost a reason to challenge myself and progress. And I’m not here to blame anybody, because I know that it’s nobodies fault but my own. But for me, I have trouble balancing work and play sometimes. So I’ve made a decision to cut out everything and go full force into just focusing on myself. I’ve spent the last 4 years screwing around and having fun. It was great and all, but as history has shown, I can’t get shit done that way. Meh, this whole thing is actually beside the main point I wanted to make.
